Hertz - Renting at SNA: How long should I allow?

I'm arriving at SNA and renting from Hertz there. I have Club Gold.

How much time should I allow to get from the gate to the rental car? Is there a shuttle from the terminal to the car rental lot? Or do you walk there from the terminal?

I did it back in 2001, and it was pretty quick. Within walking distance as I recall.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Hertz location and generally very quick to pickup and depart.

Its literally less than a 2 min walk (all you have to do is cross the street to the parking lot and go down one level). The pick-ups are usually quick. Its probably the airport with one of the most convenient rental car pick-up location.

Last time I was there I managed to get "lost" in the garage and couldn't find the exit. I circled the garage three times before I found the ramp up to the road. If you're at all directionally impaired, as I am, leave a few extra minutes.
