Hertz - Great service at Nashville airport

I've been President's circle for two years now. In early December I had to fly into Nashville twice within 10 days. Both times the car was a nice upgrade, trunk open, and paperwork hanging from the mirror. I was on the road immediately. Guard at the gate to check ID was very professional, courteous and best of all - quick.

Very rarely do I find Gold counter service or PC service to be as seamless as the advertisements lead us to expect. Good to see that one location has good, fast service figured out.

Same location provided prompt returned calls and mailed my prescription glasses to me at no charge to me after I forgot them in the car. Indeed a great outfit.
