This might be of interest to people in/travelling to the UK.
Hertz seems to have a substaintial discount for pre-paid reservations through the www.hertz.co.uk (http://www.hertz.co.uk) site.
I just got two days fully inclusive rate for GBP43.00 for a one way rental. The confimation gives you a RQ of WOW7GB and a baily base rate of GB7.18.
Hope this of some use to somebody,
