Hertz - Overbilled in France. Any good contacts?

I received in the mail today the invoice for the rental I made in France a week ago. They overbilled me and also did not take into consideration the deposit that I paid through Autoeurope. While I have found on the Flyertalk message boards names and addresses of contacts for the Americas & Pacific division, I have not found any names for Hertz Europe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should deal with the Hertz customer service in your resident country, there is no need to contact Hertz in France. When Hertz have overbilled my French rentals and changed the rental tariff to make them more expensive, I have been given refunds after sending photocopies of the original reservations and the rental documents to the address of Hertz customer service on Hertz.com

Hertz customer service is normally very good.

That's what you get for going to France in the first place. Your American, what did you expect.

Good Luck!
