Hertz - Number of Rentals for Free Day lowered from 20 to 15

For elite #1 Club Gold members (5 Star and Presidents Club), the number of rentals to earn a free day has been lowered from 20 to 15, the exact wording:

"Now there's a faster, easier way to earn Free Rental Days from Hertz! We've lowered the requirements for earning Free Rental Days from 20 qualified rentals to 15. That means you'll earn free days faster."

Does that mean each time you get 15 rentals (15, 30, 45,...) they will send you a free upgrade cert?

If you are 5 Star or President's Club, yes.

Actually, it's not an upgrade certificate, it's a free rental day certificate.

Also when you are in Hertz's Business Account Program:

"..Effective October 1, 2002.. 15 rental credits and you'll receive one Free Rental Day Certificate...."
