Are they all supposed to include certificates? I actually got two PC packages last week and neither had any certificates or offers in them. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

My 5* package had a free rental day cert in it too. Cool!

Got mine a while ago, including the certificate.

Update...got my new packet in the mail Saturday.

When you log into your profile on the Hertz Web Site. Does it list next to your name or anywhere there that you are a 5*? Just curious b/c mine doesn't. Although, i called and they told me that my card was printed on April 14th...even though I don't even remember how long before that I qualified it was so long ago.

Mine doesn't, either, even though I'm 5*.
