Dear All,

I tried to book a car in Dubai Airport on Hertz.com without any CDP or PC #, the quote is 20% diiferent if I enter place of residence as Hong Kong and UK or Middle East!

Any experience?

Will the country of residence affect the CDW or insurance of the car so that the total rental fee is different?

I checked about renting a car in Hawaii, and the rate was about $15 less per day for a Brazilian resident than a US resident. Will they request a Brazilian license? Any difference otherwise?
