I'm new to this group and so might guess this question has been asked many times before. Is the Hertz web booking engine always absurdly slow, so much so as to be almost useless, or is it just bad luck the 3 or 4 times I have tried? I have a T-10 connection so it is certainly not my local bandwidth that's the issue.
