I had a rental with Hertz at Denver airport about half year ago, and get credited 500 miles into my AC Aeroplan account at the same day. Yesterday, I found my AC account was deducted by 250 miles. I called AC Aeroplan, and I was told by Aeroplan agent that Hertz mistakely credited my account for 500 miles, it should be 250 because I was using a corporate rate. Does anybody have same experience? I don't understand why Hertz is doing this. Any help I can get my miles back?
Thanks,

It sounds like they are doing it because they believe that they made a mistake. Was it a corporate rate and , if so, is 250 the correct amount for it?
If it should have been 250, then I don't see that there is any way of getting them back .

My company corporate rates are supposed to give zero miles. However, if I book on-line I get the miles. SSSSShhhhhhhhhhh. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
I would have though reclaiming 250 miles (from Hertz point of view) would have been more hassle that it was worth both in terms of cost and customer sat.
