Hertz - Points all gone from my account!
Just a week or two ago I had about 3500 points in my #1 Gold Account. Today, there are none. ZERO. Has anyone else seen this?
Also, I've done well over 10 rentals this year, but received no membership pack for the 5 star membership. Is this normal?

It takes them forever to send you the 5* membership packet, I suggest you to send an email to the cust. service about this.
I don't know why, maybe it's the hertz's location, hertz employees, or just bad luck, but 5* membership makes VERY little impact on the cars I've had so far this yr.....

This happened to me in the past. I called them, and it was recolved quickly and attributed to a system glitch. I just checked my account, and my points were there so it doesn't seem to be a global problem. I would give them a call.

I've had this problem in the past, too. Interestingly, my correct balance was reflected on their VRU (888/999-4900) while it was zeroed out on the Internet.

Mine vanished for a while as well earlier this month. After several extended calls where I stayed on hold the entire time, the points re-appeared. I had done nothing.
