Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Quicksilver questions (in HNL, LIH)

I searched the Alamo site (as well as Flyertalk) and see no mention of being able to sign up for Quicksilver anymore. Is this right? I am headed to Hawaii next month and have cars reserved in HNL and LIH. I know the lines will be awful to pickup cars and wanted to get find out if I can join Quicksilver and bypass the counters in HNL and LIH (if they even have Quicksilver kiosks). Any information (the more recent the better) would be greatly appreciated!

Go to www.alamo.com (http://www.alamo.com)
choose "programs"
choose "business benefits"
follow the instructions for registering your "business" (just make something up, but use your correct contact info).
When you register, you will be given a corp ID and discount code. Use the corp. ID to use at the free Quicksilver registration link

edited to add: dont use the corporate ID and rate code to make reservations...it will actually INCREASE the rate you pay (sometimes dramatically)

Thanks bocastephen, that worked perfectly. I just hope that HNL and LIH have Quicksilver desks or kiosks. Is there anyway to check which places have Quicksilver facilities?

HNL has a separate Quicksilver desk, but normally there is nobody there. There is also a computer terminal where you can insert your Quicksilver card or registered credit card for a quick pickup of your car. There are five Quicksilver stalls in the parking lot there.

I had mixed results. At HNL the kiosk worked fine. At LIH it did not, though the counter rep let me jump the line to get the car.
