Anyone have update on this?

Some of the Pontiacs in the Alamo fleet have XM radio. It's all based on availability when you arrive to pick up the car. You'll have better luck with the midsize (G6) and fullsize (Grand Prix) than the SUV's or smaller cars.

FYI, Hertz has them.
I really like XMS. I either finagle a free upgrade ( they don't have the car I want) or pay the daily rate.

I've had a car from Alamo (Chevy Cobalt) equipped with the radio, but the subscription hadn't been hooked up.

I had XM radio in a Cobalt.

Seems like every Pontiac in the FL locations has satellite radio from my recent experiences in the last 6 months.
