Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo becoming 2nd Tier?

Yes, yes, I caught that, Alamo has already been operating as 2nd tier!
Comments from my TA, re: Alamo and National relationship. National will be the "business" rental operation. Alamo will be repositioned to better match off-site (at airport) companies. This may explain the gradual elimination of kiosks at Alamo, and other downgrades many of us have been experiencing. Expecting to see more Alamo locations move out of airports to a shuttle-based off-site location.

Yeah, but what about Alamo moving IN to the Orlando airport recently? They have been shuttle based for years. Now that National owns them, they both are present at the airport. I have also heard of the same setup at other airports. That doesn't seem like second tier to me.
