Starwood Preferred Guest - Is there any way to determine how many free weekends you've accumulated?

With so many overlapping promos going on, it's getting hard to remember just exactly what you've qualified for. I think I successfully complete the "Stay 5 consecutive nights and pay by Amex" to receive a free night. I think I've also completed my first 12 night run, and am about half way through my second.
But there's no indication of what I've earned on the SPG site, nor have I received any congradulatory e-mails, advising me of my "winnings."
So is there an easy way to find out? Or does one need to phone in and ask? And would that actually work?
I agree. I dont know what I have and dont have. It would be good if they would post this on the web site showing what you have and when it expires.

The ONLY way I know is to call them and YES, it does work. If you think the information given to you is incorrect, let them know of the promos you have signed up for and have them re-check. At times, you may get an agent who may not be as familiar with the promos.

Ken hAAmer you must have been reading my mind.
I'm pretty new to the Starwood Forum, but did sign up for the promo "stay 5 and earn one free weekend night". In fact I stayed 14 nights so earned the maximum two nights free.
I've been checking the post hoping my "coupons" would arrive in time for my next vacation.
Finally sent an email to Starwood asking if I would get them in time and received an answer saying the two freebies were in my account. I guess this is not something we see.
Reservations told me they cannot change my online booking to use the freebies. They would need to cancel and start again, and the rate is different. They suggested I email the hotel to check if they could make the change.
I could have arranged all this weeks ago if only I had realised that promo nights were held by Starwood, no certificates are needed.
Lesson learned? Don't be shy to pick up the phone and ask. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I too only rec'd the email stating the one free night... however as I expected when I called to make a reservation using a night, they explained I had 4 available...as I expected.
