Starwood Preferred Guest - *Wood Website Never Ceases To Amaza

I tried to submit a missing credit request to day on the *Wood website. You are supposed to list your check-in and check-out dates by selecting from a series of drop down options.
However, the only options available under "Year" are 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Amazing.

Prob since they say allow 2-3 weeks to posting so issue hasnt come up yet

The one thing I am curious is: isn't there a time limit on missing stays (not sure what). 2001 doesn't seem like it would cut it :-)

I'll extend the thread. Anyone notice the "cancel" button has been removed from certain reservations and one is forced to call toll free to cancel? That's ridiculous.

My reservations look fine. Award reservations have always had this issue. Is that what you are referring to?

I actually submitted the form last week for a missing stay that I had Jan. 05-09. I didn't even notice the wrong year until I saw this thread. My request went through anyway and my points promptly posted. There doesn't seem a need to wait for '2004' to show up on the pull-down menus if you don't want to.
