Hotel confirmed with me that the LONG OVERDUE renovation will occur beginning this early winter. This property is bordering now on what I would call threadbare and unacceptable. The decor is still all the former Marriott's (from likely 1990 or so) and is worn completely out. Despite this hotel's conversion to 4pts 8 years ago, the mattresses are all still Marriott's -- and super uncomfortable.

Had a no-problem stay there back in March. Agreed that rooms are a bit tired, BUT it is right at the airport, and you can walk right to it from your baggage claim.

As an alternative, you can try the Holiday Inn Airport which is 5 mins away by shuttle bus. They have bigger rooms and FREE wireless high speed Internet (they will even loan you the WiFi hardware if you don't have it).
