Starwood Preferred Guest - Promotion Points not Posting - CS clueless about promotion

On September 8, I received an email from Starwood Preferred Business regarding a promotion. I had enrolled in the promotion according to the instructions on the email. According to the email, my bonus points should be posting 4-6 weeks after the stay. I have had several (probably around 20) stays since then, but the double points have not posted. I called the Platinum line and they were unable to locate the promotion on my account or their system. The person was very nice and appologetic though and said she was sorry that she couldn't help me further. I had originally (before the call) tried the "missing credits" link on the web-site but that was not helpful either. Who should I contact now? This is a promotion for travellers in my company, so many the corporate/group relation department at Starwood. Does someone have a number for them?

Hmm. The only promotion code added to your account in September was the Fall Booking Bonus.

It would help to see the promotion you were sent because I can't find anything like this in our database either. Feel free to send me whatever you have to the email address below or fax it to my attention at 512-836-4002.
