Starwood Preferred Guest - FYI is State of the Game Fixed!?

The other night I had a friend log-on for me it was a few minutes B4 midnight. Then we waited a few after midnight and he logged in again to play for Mon. Well didnt get anything either time but later on Mon when I logged in for the heck of it it came me the same Montana and 2 Vermonts again.
So although MAYBE NY and the instant prizes MIGHT NOT BE pre-sleceted. It seems the 3 so called NEW states each day are preset, hard to believe that I got the same Montana and 2 Vermonts by chance twice in the same day.

thanks William for the advice, but I wont go into details over here.We are close and have helped each other out over the yrs in many ways in many arenas. So Im NOT worried about this person what so ever.
