Doesn't matter whether it applies to points or not. Save yourself--and DON'T STAY THERE!!

Having read some encouraging posts on this forum recently, I stayed there on October 30th. I'm a platinum, so I was upgraded, but nevertheless, the experience was miserable.

The rooms are made of paperboard, so the noise level is very loud. This was exacerbated by the fact that the housekeeping staff was having a virtually party outside my room beginning at 8 am in the morning. Two or three--and sometimes as many as five--housekeeping staff were shouting, laughing, lounging and generally making a great deal of noise outside my room for over two hours.

I reported the problem (nicely, cooperatively--in the spirit of "this is something you might want to improve on for future customers" way. Front desk paid no mind.

My advice: they'd have to offer me a LOT more than $25.00 to stay at this noisy, classless, faceless hotel!

Just a heads-up for those who might want one.
