Does anyone have a name and mailing address to someone higher up with Starwood (Westin, specifically) for significant Customer Service concerns?

I recently had a Westin stay that was so terrible, I can't even put it into words. Personally, I'm shocked beyond belief in regards to what I experienced.

The manager on duty did adjust the bill at check-out and I have sent the general manager an email; however, I would very much like to contact someone higher up at their corporate headquarters (as high up as possible) that has the ability to seriously address a complaint.

I'm sure I can call the 1-800 # and obtain an address for customer relations, but what I'd like is to contact someone as high as possible up the "food chain" at corporate. Any specific names, addresses, and/or contact telephone numbers would be much appreciated.

If anyone has such information, I'd much appreciate it. If you are not comfortable with posting an individual's contact information here, you are welcome to privately email me.

Thanks,

if you can't put it into words, what are you going to mail them?

Starwood Lurker has mentioned, if I remember correctly, that all negative feedback left on www.planetfeedback.com (http://www.planetfeedback.com) is reviewed by the executive offices at Starwood.

SDF_traveler,
Try calling 1-888-328-6242. They will forward a complaint to the hotel. I called them twice. In both cases, a hotel manager responded to me directly.
Good luck

MrsExecPlat, Thank you.

I've sent an email to the hotel general manager who responded with a short apology, advised me he was aware of the situation and said he would be in contact.

The reason for wanting to contact someone higher than property management is I feel much of what occured was a result of poor management at the property. However, I feel I should give the GM a chance before I contact corporate or guest relations, as he has provided an initial response and promised he would be in contact.

It's not often that I will complain about a hotel and it really takes a lot to upset me. However, I must say what happened this past weekend really takes the cake.

Again, thank you for the phone number. BTW, I was also able to locate a mailing address to Starwood Customer Relations in Austin, TX.

Best,
