Is there a web-based searchable database of STARWOOD hotels with high speed internet (wireless and "wired")?

No, other than the fact that every W Hotel has HSIA. Someone from Flyertalk posted a web link that allowed you to check any hotel in the U.S., but it is probably in the archives by now.

Just note that this is not a comprehensive list. Some hotels have access (including free, such as the Four Points SFO) that aren't part of the "Turbo Net" package.
