Starwood Preferred Guest - 500 points online booking bonus? Y28?

Hi,

I registered for Y28, which on the landing page, it also included the 500 point online booking bonus for each online booking... the offer ended 31 May, it's now 18 June and no sign of the points, I have seen the 1,000 points per night come through but no sign of the online booking bonus... seems strange why they would fulfil one part of the campaign but not the other...

Anyone else have their online booking bonus come through yet for the 5,000 for each 5 nights promo up to 20,000?

All the bonuses bar the 5stay/50k promo(which has an ETA of mid-august I think) are in on my account already.

kawoh...Some of my earliest ones did post automatically, but then the process seemed to stall.

So I called today on this myself. The PlatCon said she has to wait 30 days past the stay date before requesting missing Y60 booking bonus credits.

She researched my account (that must have been a nightmare as just like us, they have a hard time linking bonuses with specific stays) and emailed me back saying I was "missing" 8 web bonuses, which seemed about right to me. On 4 of them she put in the credit request immediately, but on the other 4 she said I'd still have to wait as on those the 30 days had not yet passed.

If I were you, I'd wait until 30 days past your last qualifing stay and then call if they haven't posted. This way they can do the corrections all at once.

The Asian 50k as well?? Wow... has anyone else had this post already? When was your last qualifying stay?

I think that statement means all the bonues except the 5/50 have posted for them.

What are your plans for your 50.000 bonus-

5 nights at a 4 star perhaps-
or added to another 20 for a nights plus flights??
some of you probably wouldnt even notice the extra bundle.!!!!!!!!!

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Premex is right. I think Lurker has said the asian 5/50 promo doesn't post till august. Even though I know this to be a fact, I can't seem to help peeking at my spg account now and again just to see if the tooth fairy has left me anything in advance. Apart from that, all the Y28 and Y60's have posted, and quite quickly too I might add.

Tinky, will redeem 60k for 50k miles and 5 nights at a Starwood property...

Did you book through spg.com ??
SPG desk says:
If you booked through other site: like westin.com or sheraton.com...any other starwood hotels HP, you cannot get 500points.
I took this mistake, so can't get web booking bonus(-- http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif but I think it's unreasonable, because does anyone know how different SPG.com between SHEARTON.com ??

But the customer service says only through SPG.com...why not ?!

Just to let you folks know that there was a sweep of Y60 bonuses today as I discovered a deposit to my account. This was an automatic sweep rather than manually corrected one.

You may want to check your account if you were expecting some.

It also takes several days for these to all be accounted for, so I would wait until next week before requesting a follow up for any that are 30+ days old from the check-out date.
