Starwood Preferred Guest - Where is the cheapest Westin in the Asia Pacific?

Any folks know the cheapest Westin the Asia/Pac which is a participating hotel for the 5 stay 50k promo?

probably Westin Grand Sukhumvit at $80US++

I think the westin riverside Chiangmai is cheaper. I stayed there last week for 2300 baht all up including breakfast. Will be back there again on the 23rd to get my Westin leg of the promo.
