Seems just like a starwood promo except you get 3 weekend nites for 5 stays (instead of 5 stays=2 nites;10 stays=4 nites).. Except its MARRIOT.. Will Starwood respond to this copy of their promotion by brining it back? Let's hope..

In the first sentence, you state 5 stays = 3 weekend nights, but in the last part you state 2 nights. I believe it's two nights - but would like to know if it is three!
Also, the free nights have to be together, and have to be the same stay.

I was amazed this promotion stayed off this board for as long as it did! My offer says 3 weekend nights, all together (Fr, Sa, Su?). It is somewhat confusing, but it is free weekends. There is also a recent comment on the Marriott board that MR will be getting more "aggressive". Lets go Starwood!

Everywhere I've seen online (I haven't gotten any email) states two free weekend nights for five stays (ie not like SPG's which was based on nights not stays). Any case for me it works out great; switch back and forth between the Courtyard and Four Points down the street from each other.

Shouldn't this be posted to the Marriott forum then? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
We are not bringing back the Free Weekends promotion anytime soon. End of story.

Just to clear my more than muddied name, I think SPG is doing more than enough. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif I'd rather have 20k than free weekends. Just wanted to clarify 2/3 night thing before this thread gets locked, since it is being covered in the Marriott forum.
20k promo? I may have missed this in a previous thread, but I don't remember this one. Was it targeted?
Thanks,
Mike
