One can debate the supposed merits of O'Hare as the best, I guess?

But NYC as the least favorite (worst) city for business travel? I just cant accept that!

I'm surprised to read that Amsterdam - Schiphol is the best duty-free shopping are because I know that duty-free prices at the airport have become closer and closer to normal retail prices.
I guess it all depends on how you market the stuff!

I think some may argue that the Best North American Airline is any no-US airline, e.g. Air Canada.

And plenty of people disagree with United as being the 'best' airline in North America (and plenty agree..).. If there's one thing to be said about United is most people have a strong opinion about them either way. This is evidenced by them being dead last on another survey this year.

Statistics and polls can be made to say whatever you want http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Yikes, this is old. Custom on Flyertalk is to leave threads older than about three years old to R.I.P.

Consequently I will rebury it.
