Starwood Preferred Guest - Seeing reservatiuons online

I recently (today http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif ) had a travel agent make a reservation for me at a Starwood property. When I checked at spg.com with the confirmation number she gave, I'm not able to pull it up. Should I be able to? Thanks.

It depends upon with whom the reservation was booked. If she booked it with the hotel directly, there is every possibility that it would not be viewable online.
