Starwood Preferred Guest - Website point calculations?

Just looking at my 2003 points and noticed that I am currently only receiving points for the base hotel rate, not the hotel valet charges, etc. that I used to get.

Anyone else seeing this too?

William - was this a change to the program?

If by "hotel valet charges" you mean laundry service, that is still eligible. If you mean valet parking, that has never been eligible.

To have any posting corrected, fax a copy of your hotel bill along with your Starwood Preferred Guest account number and ask Program Services to review it. The fax number is 512-836-4002.

thanks... i guess i never realized that i didn't get credit for hotel valet parking charges... which is a shame with the st. francis' whopping $42 charges http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
