MilesBuzz! - hotel near Malpensa airport

On 12/12, I arrive MXP at appx 9 pm, and leave the next AM at 11 am. Does anyone know of any hotels near the airport? (United's arrivals hotel is fine, but I can't recall the name of it http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif )

All I know is the JET Hotel SAS, MPX, but I've never stayed there. I hear its not bad, okay for a night, and not too expensive. I think they charge a slight fee for the shuttle ride to the hotel (5-6 mins).

I don't believe so, but I'm not certain. Essentially I know nothing about this place. It's just a small hotel to stay for a night. Personally I'd probably go just a little further to the Hilton, if choosing not to do the UA arrivals hotel. Hope this helps.

Two weeks ago we stayed (our second time) at Villa Malpensa - a beautiful old mansion, located practically in the airfield...right next to Terminal 2:

Having just left Milan, I do not recall any hotels near the airport. Perhaps a small hotel is near, but none were visible. Malpensa is out in the middle of farm land.

There is a bus which leaves every 30 minutes from the airport to Centrale Terminal FS in the business district. The Hilton is within walking distance from the train station. The ride from MXP to C.T. FS is roughly 50 minutes, which is tough.
