William, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy and appreciate reading your posts. You answer questions clearly and concisely in a timely manner. It appears that many of your posts are made on your own time rather than on Starwood's nickel. Your participation on this board is definately a benchmark of excellent customer care. I hope Starwood values and appreciates your time and input here.

Thanks, Dara. I appreciate the very kind words of encouragement. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
I used to monitor this board on my own time from home on weekends in the beginning, but BoSoxFan45 and Eugene have taken over for me in that respect...and they've done a fine job, I might add. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif Besides this, Mrs. Starwood Lurker would rather that I not bring work home and I can't say I blame her since I don't like it when she does either.
Probably what you are noticing is that I post after usual business hours. Well, if you don't come to work until noon, they make you stay a little later in the day than most. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif I am trying to convince them to pay me for eight hours, but only have me working four of them, but for some reason, the suggestion always falls on deaf ears. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
Still, thanks for the kudos. If you ever need anything related to Starwood or Starwood Preferred Guest customer service, I am only an email away.
Best regards,

I wish I had a job with a flexible schedule like that!
Let me add to the thanks, Lurker -- you RAWK.
