Starwood Preferred Guest - Blank Promo Pop-Up

For the last couple of days when I visit www.spg.com (http://www.spg.com) I get a pop-up window...

...that is just blank. Anyone else experiencing this or know what this promo is?

1000 Promo-Points for a Westin-Stay !!!

When I click the link that you provided, I get a popup for a web booking bonus of 1000 Starpoints for Westin for stays booked by December 16. When I click the link within the popup, I find the rules:

Travel must be booked online by December 16, 2002 at www.westin.com, (http://www.westin.com,) www.spg.com, (http://www.spg.com,) or www.starwoodhotels.com (http://www.starwoodhotels.com) for reservations consumed by January 31, 2003 to be eligible for this promotion.

The popup loads more slowly than the rest of the page. Perhaps this is the reason you didn't see it?

I was getting the entire promo details a few nights before in the popup coming up; when I came online to take advantage of the promo and book some stays the popup has now disappeared.

When I click on the link I provided above, it does come up with the Westin 1000 promo. But when I go to www.spg.com (http://www.spg.com) the pop up appears blank after attempting to load and the status banner at the bottom of my browser just says "Done."

Weird.

strange for that I type in www.starwood.com (http://www.starwood.com) it is blank and everytime I try to login or "your account" at spg.com, IE said page not found!!
