Starwood Preferred Guest - Strange requests for the Platinum Concierge?

Does anyone have any good stories about having strange requests for your Platinum Concierge?

I've never really asked for anything besides reservations and upgrades. I'm planning a trip next month where I'm going to need several different newspapers each day, so I guess we'll see how that goes, if at all.

Any good stories out there?

I asked for help in securing two tickets to see "Hairspray" on Broadway over the last Labor Day Weekend while staying at the St. Regis. No tickets, no return call, no explanations, no apology.

I did check it out when it was originally posted, and it was a great post; thanks for the link though.

I also searched through the topic, but didn't really find much as far as "strange" requestions, mainly reservations (hotel or dining), upgrades, and some recommendations here and there.
