Ok. I made a purchase of 42 sub on the last day via the web and I still have not seen my pts show as yet is this normal? IF id contact me to say that the first # I gave them was not valid for starwood so I gave them another # which I know is valid. purchase came through with a osting date of 7/03/02 should I be concerned about the trans date? I did not ask her but she did say that she was processing pts still. I just think this is very long.

When a mistake is made on the account number anything can happen. I'm sure that the reason IF contacted you was because we contacted them and told them the account number was not valid. If the information was re-sent to us, it will get posted eventually as long as IF reports the account number correctly.
You might want to check with them to see when your Starpoints bonuses were reported. Then send me an email to follow up. Please realize I am leaving in 20 minutes, so I probably won't get your email until Monday. It will take some days after that for me to track it down.
