No it is a forum about experiences with priceline.com - and stromgly monitored by the moderators, who eliminate all post not directly related to priceline.com, even posts about priceline.co.uk or priceline.com.hk. But still it is quiet helpful.

Go to the "Flertalk Travel" Forum area of FT and scroll to the forum "Online travel booking and bidding (or something like that)". Search for Priceline and you can learn quite a bit about BFT.
