Starwood Preferred Guest - what does this rate mean ?

The rate description says..

Internet Only Fully Prepaid/Non-Refundable
Fully Prepaid, Available Only Throughthe Internet.
----
what does fully prepaid and non-refundable mean? I have my own interpretations but seems to be wrong.

It is supposed to mean that your credit card is charged immediately and you cannot cancel the reservation, which means you lose all the money.
