Starwood Preferred Guest - Seeking advice from any U.K. Starwood members

Can anyone recommend which Starwood property in London UK is the closest to the concert venue Shepherd's Bush Empire? I need to make a booking for July and ideally would like to be walking distance or a short ride from the venue.

If no Starwood properties are close by, any recommendations outside the Starwood brand? Thanks very much.

Shepards Bush is not a very nice area! It's just north of Hammersmith and between White City (Not terribly nice - to the west) and Notting Hill/Holland park.

If I were you I'd stay in Notting Hill Gate / Kensington. It's quite a walk to Shepards Bush from Kensington - try the tube!
