I have been getting a "The system is temporarily unavailable" message at the very last step of the online reservation process on the Starwood website for the past 24 hours.
As access to the Starwood site has been slow in that timeframe for me, I am wondering if some delay at my ISP is causing a timeout, or if the problem is with Starwood.
Specifics:
- connecting from Europe
- trying to book at the Yokohama Sheraton
