First the SLC Platinum call center was closed...
And tonight, with repeated attempts to reach the Platinum (er, SMS) call center, I kept reaching a recording which informed me of the benefits of signing up for SPG membership.
There was nothing to indicate that I was being placed on hold, that my call was important to Starwood-- only silence after the message ran its course.
Is this Starwood's way of saying that I shouldn't call the Platinum Concierge line after hours?
