I am continually required to login online, even if I select "save for next visit" when I enter my password.
The specifics -
I'm using IE 6 (6.0.2600.0000) with 128 bit cipher strength and have www.starwood.com (http://www.starwood.com) as a 'Trusted site'. When I select the preferred guest web site (or any brand website) from the Starwood homepage it shows my stays and nights total. When I select manage account it asks me to enter my password (my username is filled in). This happens even though every time I select "save for next visit". I get the same type of response when I try to check my reservations. The system just never remembers my password except to display my account summary on the "home page" of the preferred guest site or the brand sites - it's a great nuisance.
I would appreciate it if you would pass this on to the proper place for resolution.
