According to the website the W is scheduled to open in October of this year. The property it's moving into, The Ritz on Collins is still unrenovated and the pool area and grounds are in awful shape.
I know that cosmetic renovations can be accomplished quickly but the lanscape and everything else visible is nowhere up to W standards.
Is this opening being pushed back? Am I missing something?
