Starwood Preferred Guest - San Diego W?

The W website mentions a San Diego W in passing, but no info. I have to figure if it's planned for this year, it's already half-done, so the question is where, when, what, etc.?

Any clues?

It has been a while since I've heard an update on this, but I believe it's supposed to be near the new ballpark, south of the Gaslamp and in the East Village area. They are doing a lot of construction in this general area. I originally heard about the W and its location from the folks at the Westin Horton Plaza.
