Starwood Preferred Guest - Excellent Service

With many people complaining about poor service over the past few weeks, I thought I would comment on my most recent trip..

Ottawa Sheraton, Edmonton Grande Sheraton and Vancouver Wall Centre Sheraton...all of these sites provide an upgrade and provided above average service...I would definately return.

Of course, as long as you ask...you will receive.....

My most recent stay - The Westin Sydney was excellent. Terrific staff, upgrade to the Executive floor, wonderful rooms, broadband internet access and a great Aussie dollar exchange rate to top it all off!

Last year when the Westin was not available, I half grudingly went to the Sheraton Ottawa and was very pleased! I'll return there for sure! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Royal Orchid Sheraton - Bangkok
Westin Riverside Plaza - Chiangmai
Westin Stamford - Singapore
Sheraton Laguna - Bali
Sheraton Imperial - Kuala Lumpur
Four Points - Los Angeles Airport

All hotels provided above average service and immediate recoginition and upgrades that come with Platinum status. We couldn't have been more pleased.
