Maybe that person will get a butt kiss award too. Didn't we have someone who called Delta recently when the 20K promo was working past the end date of 12/31 to tell them it was still working and asked if they were sure it was supposed to be working. This way DL was able to immediately pull the award. Not that I advocate taking complete advantage but we sure know mistakes happen all the time, and not always in our favor.
