This was the promotion that gave you 6000 starpoints and one or two points for every dollar spent at AT&T, if you switched to online billing.

It's been my experience with AT&T that you will not see any of the so-called points/promotions that they promise. Their customer service really is the worst -perhaps Starwood could school them in good (actually, any?) customer service? I've been waiting for over a year for points to appear (after 12 emails, 3 letters, 2 faxes, 4 telephone calls. . .still nothing). Personally, I don't think this is a Starwood issue, I think it's AT&T with its usual standards of customer service.

In concur. I've sent multiple emails and was even told in Jan that the points had been posted in November. I really think it's a problem with AT&T. My dealings with the Starwood personnel have been very good, but they can't seem to corral AT&T.

Not to get too off topic here, but last year there was an Expedia promotion that gave an SPG50 for 5 paid nights if you booked on expedia.com. It took many emails and phone calls to both Starwood and Expedia to get them mailed out. What's the problem with partnership promotions??!

Haven't tested the Starwood/AT&T partnership for points, but I will say that the OnePass/AT&T partnership has worked like a charm. A month after I signed up last October, my miles for dollars spent on LD were credited to my OnePass account, and they've posted every month since. Maybe I just got lucky by getting a service rep who did her job; on the other hand, sometimes it's difficult to know where in the process the ball gets dropped.
