Starwood Preferred Guest - E-mail verification from Platinum Desk

I always make my reservations through the Platinum Desk and always request my confirmation via E-mail. Rarely this happens, does anybody get theirs via this method successfully? I'm thinking of going back to the website for my reservations. I like that E-mail for reference.

Ive never had problems in the past. My Concierge takes care of everything. Do you have an assigned Platinum Concierge?

I do have an assighned agent. She knows I prefer the E-mail method also.

I NEVER get the email - whether it be through the platinum number or regular reservations. So, I just take a fax.
