Starwood Preferred Guest - AT&T Travel Rewards-Still Available?

Is there anything like the AT&T award that was offered until 12/31/00? I think it was called Travel Rewards and offered 6000 starpoints and a point or two for each dollar spent on AT&T, if you switched your billing online.
