Starwood Preferred Guest - Current Starwood Vacations bonuses?

Does anyone know if Starwood Vacations is offering any bonus point offers right now (like the 10,000 Starpoint bonus I recall from last year)?

Nothing currently, except the standard 2 or 3k. They have gone down hill considerably due to properties pulling out (they have none in Vegas!).

What is "the standard 2 or 3k"?

I've been all over Starwood Vacations website and can't find any reference to any Starpoint offers whatsoever.
