I know I read somewhere here in the board about this..but i just couldn't find it,and for some odd reason the search function is super slow...sorry if I brought this up again.

Can anyone apply for the Business Card? And if you do...it counts as another 20/20 partner?

Again, I apologize for reposting this already discussed subject!

I applied for it and got it. I do not have a business. I did it for the 7,500 miles. I don't know if it counts as a partner separately from the regular Citibank. I know the 7,500 bonus miles do not.

I read the post also about someone getting 2 partners for the citi platinum and business cards. I looked at the online business application, but they ask for your business name/ taxpayer id/ earnings... How did you apply without this info? Also, how soon can the card be cancelled but still get the mileage posting and credit for the annual fee?

I started the thread under "Another 20/20 partner...I think". I do not have anything close to a business & just used my s.s.# when applying. I used my name & then for the name of the "business" I used 'my name & Assoc'. absolutely no problem. When i emailed AA with my 20 partners list both business & regualar citibank cards were listed as partners & they said ok. You have to use the card, not just count the 7500 bonus miles. I applied at the end of May & have not been billed the annual fee yet so it looks like you would have at least a full month in which to cancel. Do it.

Thanks for the info. I can't find the 7500 mile bonus again however. The citibank website listed 5000. I saw the 7500 as a pop-up at aolaadvantage.com but can't find a genuine link.
