American Express Membership Rewards - Blue vs. Gold

I've been an AMEX Gold member for over 25 years, and have had the Gold Rewards card for the last 5 or so. Recently, I acquired the Blue Rewards card. My Gold card is up for renewal this month ($150).

My question is simple. Is there any reason to keep my Gold? What benefits am I losing by using my Blue exclusively?
