I applied for the AMEX green in June through an email sent by Erewards. AMEX is refusing to pay up now. I didn't keep the email so I found a code on this board and provided it to them. They said the code offer ended in May, but the email I got had an ending date of 6/16. Anyone else having problems with this?

I also got the erewards email in June, and I got the card and the 25000 points with no problems.

Anyone of you got the June Ereward code listed on the email?

Call the Membership Rewards department itself, not just the regular AMEX Customer service.

Dealing with MR isn't that great either.

I had a problem where they canceled my account and it took me more than six months to get it fully operational again. I wasn't earning points during that time. I got them to credit me what I was due and a tiny bit extra, but only got the MR account fully functional after I wrote directly to the CEO's office.

Try writing to them via planetfeeback.com if you don't get any satisfaction at the lower levels. Those letters usually go to a higher-level dept.

All my dealings were with the MR Dept.
