So is this just for Canadians? And the link just takes me to the normal Amex Canada page. I don't see any mention of the bonus.

Just a word of caution, because it doesn't specify in the email that came today. The usual Amex (Canada) MR transfer rate into DL or CO is 1 MR to .75 DL or CO. So transfering 10,000 Amex Canada MR points into DL will only give you 7,500 DL miles, which may not be enough to get the bonus. Since the email didn't clarify if this new offer is an exception to the rules, I'd check first, if you want the bonus, as you may have to transfer a minimum 13,400 MR to DL to get 10050 miles plus the bonus (or transfer 14,000 if only increments of 1,000 are allowed). Of course, larger transfers needn't worry about the minimum, but be aware that it may not be one-to-one.
So best to verify first, as it's not usually a 1:1 transfer from Amex Canada.

srodr,

From the link, go to the MR page, then click on airline rewards. It mentions the new DL bonus offer on the DL page. This one's only for Amex Canada MR members.

They say at least 10 000 MR points so it will give 7 500 + 5000= 12 500 SM.

I just got a simular US offer today that said if I used the points in my MR account I would get 2,500 MR points as a bonus. It looked like I needed to use all the points in my account but that is impossible because you have odd amounts in the account and awards are generally even multiples of 1,000. Anyone else get this or call Amex about it?
